Swarnima Bhattacharya is the Founder of TheaCare. She works as a POSH consultant with various companies. She is also a Fellow of the Berlin-based DO School, and a Women Deliver Young Leader. She's passionate about fostering socio-cultural shifts in attitudes towards women's health.
TheaCare is her labour of love, and aims to dismantle the culture of silence and stigma against women's health
Lalitha brings to the TheaCare team, a strong background in Life Sciences coupled with experience in healthcare policy, economics and law. She is an undergraduate in Biotechnology and Biochemistry and completed her Masters in Regenerative Medicine at the top of her class. She obtained her second Masters degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.

She has worked with adolescent girls’ groups, college youth, sex workers and women with disabilities on their health and safety. She has a background in research, having studied sexual harassment of girls in schools for her MPhil dissertation. In the team, she is responsible for communications and social media.
Meghana Pawar is a Professional Content Writer, Editor, and a Lifestyle Blogger. She is a personal growth junkie, currently working in Digital Media. She's a true bibliophile and a stationery lover! Being a meditator and a yoga enthusiast, Meghana also volunteers and supports pro bono work in this field of interest.
Currently a research scholar based out of Chennai, Nanditha believes in the saying “if you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem”. Passionate about development communication and teaching, she loves writing and is part of Tale Weavers (an educational, storytelling initiative for kids). Having worked in an MNC for a while, she realized the corporate field did not interest her and shifted her focus to academia and development communication, working with various marginalized communities over the years.
Shradha Thapliyal is a Masters student at Azim Premji University and a Research Assistant at One Future Collective. A graduate of Dr. RML National Law University, Lucknow, she is currently specialising in Law and Development, and has a keen interest in specific field studies of social issues presently concerning the Indian Society.
Kirthi Jayakumar is an Indian women's rights activist, a social entrepreneur, a peace activist, artist, lawyer and writer. She founded The Red Elephant Foundation, an initiative built on storytelling, civilian peace-building and activism for gender equality. She is the author of Stories of Hope, a collection of short stories; The Dove's Lament, also a collection of short stories.

A passionate lover of literature and languages, Jerin is currently an educator at Gundecha Education Academy and thrives on her ardour for teaching to foster radical and progressive thinking among young minds. A former volunteer at Childline and Teach for India, she is also academically interested in the portrayal of abuse in literature across genres. Jerin is also an avid traveler, poetess, art enthusiast and photographer.

Aindrila is an engineer who shifted gears after working for sometime in the Indian IT sector. She did her post graduation from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. The founder of the Web series called “Sex N Gender"- a project on self esteem, body image and on rights based approach.
Her interests and expertise lies in technology, Comprehensive Sexuality Education, asexuality activism and human rights related issues.
